Paying by Invoice
Download the relevant Membership Application Form complete it and then fax to (+44 (0)1233 501311) or post it to the Consortium (address on the right).
We will then send you an invoice. We would ask you to include a purchase order number if this is required so that we can include this on the invoice.

Once payment has been processed your Membership will be activated immediately.
